A Different Standard for Conflict Resolution
Heyns & Montgomery Resolutions was established to reframe the way conflict is typically approached.
Too often, disputes are escalated quickly into adversarial systems where pressure, positioning and urgency take over. In that environment, outcomes may be achieved, but they are not always the most considered, sustainable or appropriate.
We offer a better approach. A safe and structured process that allows conflict to be addressed with clarity, composure and sound judgement.
Meet the Team
Founded on a mother–daughter partnership and a shared conviction that conflict, when handled responsibly, can change outcomes, Heyns & Montgomery Resolutions reflects more than the coming together of generational experience. It is an alignment on how conflict is held, process is applied and resolution is reached.
